Talk, Learn, Do with NatWest - A Family Learning Festival Event Thursday 21 October 10am. Would you like your children to be clued up on money? If you’re a parent or carer of a child aged 3-11 years and are wondering how to tackle money matters with them, then join NatWest for an online Talk, Learn, Do workshop. What is a Talk, Learn, Do workshop? This 1 hour workshop will cover teaching children about money through everyday experiences, pocket money and how to deal with challenges such as pestering. It will be an opportunity to talk to other parents about raising savvy savers and building financial wellbeing in the family. The goal is to encourage parents to talk to their children about money and to help create opportunities for your children to experience managing money. This is incredibly important because the role played by parents in their child’s early learning is key to their success in education and their success in life. What can participants expect from the workshop? You do not need to prepare anything or bring anything. You will need access to the internet and Zoom. Talk, Learn, Do is for adults but children are of course welcome to play in the background or sit on your lap throughout!
